The Pandemic and Customer Experience
Companies will be forever changed because of the pandemic. Customers figured out pretty early on in the pandamic which companies were going to be there for them and which companies weren't. It has been easier to be empathetic than at any time in human history, as we were all going through the same thing at the same time. But also, i think, more tangibly, we learned a lot about how to keep our employees and our customers safe and important that is.
