Do I Need a Weight Belt?
Yastre has not done the complex for two years now, but i miss it. What are your thoughts on the complex done once a week for 20 or 30 minutes? Id, that's i usually recommend. Yes, youve got to get away from the hypertrophy training. There's nothing wrong with it, and maybe look great your uniform. But ive built a decent amount of muscle. Don't know my bodys fat percentage. Ap appear more muscular than fat in regular cloting. Look like tarzan, play like jane. By your strength standards.
