There's increasing evidence that these large boluses of vitamins upset the body. If you have too much vitamin D, you get extra fractures and it can have the opposite effect. Much better off if you can get that vitamin in its natural state, which is either sunshine or in food. It's been taken from some sheep's wool in New Zealand and shipped to a factory in China and then shipped to you in your warm up. That's not the same as having a range of real good foods. Because if you eat properly and that's your Aviga, you really don't need extra vitamins.
