How to Start a Proof of Concept?

The project was actually made like mini parallel. The first step is basically trying to understand, especially I was arriving at the bank. There were some people that of course work more experience on that area. But we looked at this together and then we identified the common topics,. Like, or the topics that would make more sense to start designing the experience. And as it proved to be a good idea or successful, then we started to move forward. That process took probably, I don't know, two months, two and a half months while again, working in a big institution, there's a lot of processes you need to follow.
