Do You Know What Weights Are Right for You?
If you're a hundred percent new to lifting, the entire time that you would have just described doing an adaptation phase, an maybe some hypertrophe, you can spend figuring out what weights feel appropriate to you. And making conservative jumps is fine. It's not like you have to nail 271 point six wats or it's not going to come out right. But if youre bench mark of adding more weight as you're doing five sets of five, and you do, for you do four sets of, let's say, three sets of five,.
