I love the body part split. I try to do it where I'm hitting all my muscle groups at least twice a week. So that's honestly not too dissimilar from, yeah. At that point of life, like you said you do something almost every day. The other thing is you're pretty like regimented. Yeah. And that's the thing. So like, I would say like, then don't do it.
