One of the key things that you've picked up about nutrition along the way besides maybe the carbs and then the fluid side of it. One of the blessings of coaching a wide variety of athletes from elites to the middle kind of to the back of the pack, lots of experience to very little experience is you get to see the different array of solutions they have come to. That's really what I've taken from my practice is that these endpoints are all kind of wide out there, but we can start to bring them together in some sort of logical fashion.
