When I used to do live events for Nike a couple of days a week, this is you got to go back to like 2014 in New York City. Or when I would do practices with new athletes when I was coaching high school. You need a little bit of some time to adjust from not running to running. From being a student to suddenly being an athlete. It also allows you time so that warm up and the drills and the stretching, it gives you alittle bit of a bridge from that period of your life where you're not running.
