Kelsey: Sometimes you just have to fake it to make it. You're able to really gain confidence through practicing those types of things. Give yourself some grace as you get back into it because it's going to be frustrating the first couple of weeks when you're not hitting the same, you know, PRs that you once were. Just keep moving your body and give yourself a few weeks to getting back into it then you'll be your normal self again.
