How to Diagnose an Evicular Bone Stress Injury

navicular stress fractures or stress injuries might be correct me if I'm wrong I think it's at 35-37% of all stress fractures so a fairly high number. The evicular bone the reason why these are such important injuries and potentially career ending injuries is that the bone does not have good blood supply. So this is why it takes often long time to heal because it doesn't have good blood Supply. This is why the bruising and swelling that you see with other fractures in the foot doesn't occur.
