There was a clear spatial association with a podocyte slit diaphragm nephron that was not observed with the podocyte foot process associated with synaptic potent. And then going further in the biopsies with granular redistribution of the nephron, so this is after it had already been disrupted and the podocytes had essentially lost their architecture. The nephron was now sort of glommed up with the IgG when that had been redistributed. There was no co-localization with the three-interest cellular podocytes that were specific proteins such asaptic potentin, podicin, and WT1.
