V set is i like ten to 12? Yes, i would say no, 12 is a great number. I think that it is about not going through the motions. And it is about fatigability, understanding that you do have to. It's called resistance exercised for reason. There needs to be a component of effort that i don't see people putting in. People are on their phone. People are doing other thingsgood you do need.
