I Don't Do Morning Pages
I like, for all my love of analogue writing tools, the majority of my creative work is done digitaly. But when i get stuck, the first thing that i do is pull out a physical notebook and a pen. I don't know if it's novelty that i think kind of shifts something if you're stuck, or if it is this mythical, mystical, and yet also scientifically established thing that actually writing does confer benefits. The act of doing that, the act of picking up pen and paper, really helps me, and it has done for a long time.
