Is There a Relationship Between Challenge and Threat?
Hiroveability is a measure of heart rate variability. It can be used in conjunction with other psychological constructs such as pain, personality traits and motivation. There's not much research on the relationship between hartlaverability and threat states but there are some studies that suggest it does have a link to horoveability. A free ap called polar harre monitors will give you good data from which to make your own judgement about how best to use this tool. For coaches who want to know if their players are tired or burnt out over a season, they could also look at fatigue levels during training.
