Most common cycling injury is a knee injury, but the weird thing is cycling is brilliant for knees because that's the first thing you do after any knee operation. The bike is completely symmetrical. The distance to the pedals does not change. And it's locked in. So yes, there's the sanctuary forces, but your foot, knee, hip and everything have this ability to share the load between them in a different way,. You know, left and right. We have to remember that we walk on bikes really. We don't pedal. I did the big audit over two Olympics and it won't be surprising, but BMX is most dangerous sport in Rio. It's more like breaking
