The Recovery Run Is Not Enough, Right?

The purpose of a recovery run is the most general thing you can do. It primarily facilitates a couple of things, right? One, it helps to be a tonic, aerobically kind of flush out metabolites out of the tissues and into, you know, sweat or respiration or the urine. And then two, most importantly, people forget, and this is why people overrun the recovery runs is the glycogen replenishment activity.
