Marketers are trying to create and then recognize the patterns in the market from how you position the audiences you hit, the channels you use. And when you see a pattern that's working, that's where you double or triple down on it. When they sign a customer, strategic account of customer, we actually allow them to buy stock in that company. How does that change their set when they're selling to a company? The one that i thought maybe piqued your interest a little bit was related to, not necessarily incentives, but creating the right sort of behaviour.
