How to Plan for 2021 as a Marketer

Yelp is in an interesting market too, where like restaurants obviously are struggling right now and there's also like the smaller businesses that are struggling because of COVID. So as we think about 2021, it's really been about how do we make sure we're leaning into the types of ways a consumer might want to use Yelp? It's going to alter behavior, if not shut things down for at least a couple months going to the new year.
