I remember like following along as all of this was happening and then also following along with everything that happened in 2020 when the publication really went through a big reckoning with leadership and with culture. I decided to boycott the from the test kitchen video series as like my only power move because I realized that I worked like for a big corporation and was pretty powerless even though I felt like I was on top of the world in so many ways. After a couple months of like waiting it out and boycotting I decided to leave bonapiti. There wasn't a plan until there was one for starters.
