The Effects of Calcium Iron on Muscle Damage
The fatigue mechanisms that we're going to come out of the workout with are going to be excitation contraction coupling failure and probably some cell membrane damage. The fibers they would be most effective i think we're in the fast switch ones because they're the ones with the least mitochondria which is the main mechanism by which the muscle fiber defends itself against these calcium iron rate of fatigue processes. If we remove microfibles we can't create cross bridges, so it's like a secondary kind of additional problem regarding mechanical tension.
