The majority of people arrive at the same conclusion: I've got to do more volume. Volume drives muscle growth, Chris says. People are doing repetitions and sets if they're not achieving a really high level of recruitment in those sets,. then they might as well not be kind of training if they want to achieve more hypertrophy.
