How Your Body Responds to Light
The strongest time cue for your body's clock is the light dark cycle. Light will most strongly influence the timing of your clock if you're exposed to it about four hours before your core body temperature low point. If you expose yourself to lots of intense light in the eight hours or so after the low point in yourcore body temperature rhythm you'll tend to speed up your clock shifting it and your sleep earlier.
