In the summer, if you try and ride that line and do your 25 minutes, 30 minutes at threshold, guess what? It's still a disaster. And it's not working because it's humid as hell. So this is why even this is why I learned very quickly is like, Oh, forget this stuff. Like split this thing up, man, we are splitting it up. If you do that, you often get better bang for your buck.
