How Do You Manage That With Revisions?
Most of my sights. We didn't do like a full, complete blow up rebrand until about five years. There was a couple of cases where i would do a sight in two thousand 13. In 18 we just, we did a complete revamp. So once it comes time where the co contract, the lease is up, that's your time to re evaluate. And then if they sign on for another 36 months or 18 months or whatever, that's when you would offer to do another round of extensive up dates. Part of itis is, too, just being a sales persond and the language that you use. But like, i frame it as if we are getting married
