Why Are the Feet So Important?

The first thing most people need to focus on is how they set their foot on the ground. When you get those toes to spread out, all of a sudden you have a much more stable foot. The second your foot goes you'll notice your knee starts to get soft. And if it's moving around, it shows me you just have a weak link in your stability process that, when enhanced, can increase your tential performance and decrease your risk of injury.
