How to Give More Direct Feedback in Real Time?

Is it possible that giving feedback via technology and in real time could enable more frequent, more direct feedback? I think where we're seeing the growth of where we need individuals to be moving is a lot of social-emotional. Every manager needs to be able to have the conversation that helps put on the table some of the social and emotional issues that are going on in the workplace.
