The Importance of Functional Movement
The majority of people do not have any transverse abdominis, the brain is barely even recognizing that muscle at all. The TDA and the diaphragm seem to be the places that people have the most disconnected. I don't think you can learn movement in the trauma of philosophy and speaking. You have to get into it and actually feel what it is that you're doing.
