The Effect of Dimeric IgA Antibodies on Nytosis
IgA antibody can potentiate nytosis in other effector functions just as well as IgG or more. They work because it's associated with J-chain but not secretory component, which kind of makes rigid and stuck into the mucosal space. Of course, there's also recombinant dimeric IgA antibodies they could have used.
