In the next six to eight years, probably by the end of the 2020s, you're going to see major disruption to the dairy industry. Some farmers will be shifting towards doing plant proteins and conservation farming too. And with those smaller dairy closures, you'regoing to see consolidation and dairy companies getting bigger and bigger. So I think out of any animal source foods that I've studied and looked at alternatives, I would say the dairy industry as big as it is is probably the most vulnerable to major disruption.
