Muscular endurance can be developed by using conventional high intensity interval training, what we would call zone three four typork. The Athleet just needst o a high volume of erobic work at or below his or her erobic threshold. But endurance improvement using muscular endurance is completely different fish altogether. And i want to talk about some of the lessons i've learned and some of the more effective tools that i've developed over the years.
