How to Make Changes to Your Life

I was really strongheaded at the time. And I refused to take time off work. Not even off work. So instead of having my cocoa pops or Cheerios or whatever it was, I would just have oats and like some berries and some nuts. It kind of made me feel good. That was making a change. But whilst I was doing all these changes, now I didn't take time off. The first thing we were talking about is how we enable people to make the changes that they know they should be making. And from my perspective and my experience of chatting and treating thousands of patients is that you have to start really, really small.
