Soft Skills - And You Know, I'm a Firm Believer

i'm a firm believer, at least because of my personal experience, that the reason i've gotten where i've got in my career is much more about my soft skills than about my technical expertise. Displayn stoic traits means that you are being objective, your being accepting. And we haven't really talked about the unselfish part of it. You can't compliment servant leadership and really putting other people first. So again, i think things like stoicism and mindfulness in the end, keep you level headed when things dart going sideways - which they always do in i t.
