The Importance of Customer Lifecycle in Retail
When I first joined retail, I was a time where I struggled to almost settle within the retail environment because coming from a financial services industry with the customer is traditionally just the focal point. The context switching for me was a great learning curve. But then spending the last few years just understanding the retail business and working with our brands to put this customer at the center of everything we did,. We refocus the organization under brands to look at the customer lifecycle and leveraging our data as an asset. Giving the brand's view of that, I think for us was a starting point around refocusing our organizations efforts to customer at thecenter of everything we do.
