One of the biggest struggles that many architecture practise leaders face is the relinquishing and lofstatistic of this canas you said, this can be a bottle neck business. And so for us, i think that growth, meaning bigger teams, bigger projects every year, brings so much positive opportunity for every one in our circle. I also, though, have respect for firms who want to beqe, small by design. That's i osom, that's k i think there's room for everybody. What what bothers me is when i'll hear a firm leader complain about a lack of growth while refusing to, quote, relinquish control. There's benefits and liabilities to both models
