How to Control the Humidity of Your Shower
If you don't have a steam room, for steam showers, I would do a humidity controlled vent fan 100%. When it builds up, again, it's holding the pollens, the allergens, the mold spores. Carpets are one of the first things to get rid of because they hold all these things. And another thing too is it's, I'm splitting hairs here, but my point is, have a HEPA filter constantly and clean once a week.
