How to Win When Your Boss Rattles You Out
The best thing to do in the situation is remain as neutral as possible. If your boss happens to be completely aligned with what you're thinking he also happens to have a replacement ready that's more squared away. You get rid of one bad team leader now you get a new team leader how do you know him? The person that we all hate the person that rats out the team leader who says oh that guy's doing a terrible job I do much better job and gets that guy fired and now I get promoted.
