Rigt: There was no exact amount we had to leave in the bank. They were willing to take it over as what it was. But when they looked at the bank balance during the due diligence, the number of the amount of cash they saw wasn't to their liking. So here's my idea. Let's take the last 12 months and average that daily balance over the last 12 years. Now, who knew if that's the right formula? I came up with it and they brought it. That's all i know. And i think what you you realize, you feel that there's a trust that's been developed. You feel that i they've gone through a process.
