Is Now a Good Time to Talk?

The worst thing that anybody can ever say when they are following up a phone call conversation is the words, is now a good time to talk? The other person thinks you an idiotwhy i answered. What happens o us if you schedule every next communication point? You can start a phone call with the words, i'm just phoning, as promised. But some form of gratitude is going to come. That's grave brilliant. It will make people feel indebted for your help. Is that better than starting a conversation where i'm fearful that i'm being rude or pushy? Right? Right.
