The Keto Diet for Weight Loss Benefits
There's a ton of claims about keto that come from everything outside of it. The majority of these sort of cause and effect claims are anecdotal because there are zero long-term studies on the keto diet for weight loss in human beings, not a single one exists. It's important to understand if this really extreme approach to eating is going to provide you with these long-term effects. If I'm gonna be eating 5% of my calories from carbohydrates, I wanna know that this pain and suffering I'm going through is going to be worthwhile in the end.
