The best place i can be is on the receiving end. No matter how intensely we tried to make sure every decision we made was right it never actually landed the way we thought it would. A lot of people making decisions at airlines that don't ever fly with those airlines or do it in a way that they're not receiving what everyone else is receiving. Without spending more money or without changing that much so many things could be nuanced just a little bit to feel so much better for the people in the receiving end and oh yeah will you please work with the airline industry please i desperately want i desperately want to really need it?
