How to Overcome Overstimulation in ADHD

The other piece of time management where ADHDers tend to get hung up is that we take on too much because we don't think about how long things will take. You just need more external stimulus in order to stay aware of the passage of time. If we're not overstimulated, then we can function just as well, if not better, than everybody else in the world,. So with all of that said, let's recap where we are. Our simulation is a sensory overload in the brain where when we hit that level, our brain shuts down and we no longer have access to our executive function.
