There have been some recent studies looking at alternate day fasting and time restricted eating. When do you have concern that you're losing too much lean body mass? One point five grams of killer per kilogram of reference weight is plenty on a kite tunic diet, he says. If people go in nutritional ketosis they lose lean tissue for the first week but then their body builds it back up.
