I remember vividly having some patients that really struggled to get on top of their blood sugars despite being pretty rigorous about their foods. And hypo's are nothing to be scoffed at, a lot of people won't realise that, you know, hypo's can be extremely detrimental and the reason why a lot of them are admitted to A&E. I'd love for us to be able to measure inflammatory markers on a continuous basis, fat lipids, and so on in the blood, but we just don't have the technology to do that. On the day that we will, we'll be able to do exactly the same approach that we did for glucose to looking at many other aspects
