How to Mark Nouns in English

So the LCS recently started this I'm going to call it a journal but it's only one article a month called Fiat lingua. The inaugurable article for September was case marking and event structure one conlanger's investigations. He goes over accusative and ergative and then he goes over the different strategies for marking for marking roles. So I sleep would typically take an absolute of ergative alignment. That is the subject would be in the patient role. Whereas I walk would take an agent subject marking.
