The Consistency Matters When You Have an Important Goal
No sugar, no dairy, no caffine. Lots of obacato and cuts of meat. Consistency is key to getting pregnant. I was taking relief plus right up until ovullation - then stopped for three weeks. And i did not work out at all one time. There wasn't any reason that i was avoiding that. Any sort of intense workout will hurt any attempt to get pregnant. That's just what i did.
