How to Gain Mass in Six Weeks
I'm asking you to take six weeks out of your life and gain mass the best way to go into a mass building program is to come in leaner I think like the fast mimicking diet is a great thing to do before mass made simple. Any kind of fasting is a good idea so I guess what I'm saying is you want to do those days before you start the mass building dedicate those six weeks the mass building and then come back and deal with your health later we have a question from Christoph starting training with weights mostly kettlebells as my back keeps rounding very soon he asks if there are any analogous benefits to lower calorie days during a hypertrophy period possibly to potentiate
