Most people think omega threes, maybe that's just like a misconsumption out there. I mean, most people don't know anything about the history of it. And certainly attention is much more on a megaris since the nineties due to the interest in anti inflammatory effects of omega this. How do you feel about supplementing with things like fish oil, for example, or, you know, more purified and make a three s? It would be better to eat fish, but i'm not totally against using low doses of it, in the area of hundreds of milligrams per day.
