Kennedy: There's lots of ways to skin the cat. Most people though are still so afraid of making a guarantee that they make the contingency so extreme that the guarantee is worthless. The underlying point of the entire book, which I think you picked up and a lot of people picked up, is that we were like, well, if I guarantee that, what happens if they don't get the outcome? It's like then fix the product. Kennedy: People aren't providing value. That's the basic problem for all businesses that don't make money because you should be able to say a really bold claim.
