The Work of Boundaries

Ray: Many of us are little people on the inside. We have those little versions of ourself. When we are not allowed to use our voice, we become voiceless. So it is so important for care givers, adults within the reach of achild to allow them to have and utilize their voices. I like to refer to myself sometimes as little nedra. Little nedra needs a nap.little nedra is cold and needs a little blanky.
