The Process of Closing a Deal
It came slowly and I probably made that seem like it was quite quick, but the actual process itself from start to finish was about three years. And there were lots of reasons for that. The first conversations with them were in 2019 kind of thing. So we sort of had had good conversations with people. We were starting to get towards pointy end with various, with various conversations and things like that. But then the world just kind of changed and we sort of talked to our advisor and wesort of made the call. It's actually just better to pause things for a second and focus on the business"
